Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 22, 2026
Heartbroken Hustla ("HBH," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit heartbrokenhustla.com (the "Site"), shop with us, or join our list, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have, including specific rights for California residents.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you join our subscriber list, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), order details, and the contents of your messages.
Payment information. When you check out, your payment is processed by our third-party checkout and payment providers. Your full payment card number is entered directly with those providers and is not stored on our servers. We may receive limited order and confirmation details (such as the items purchased and the last four digits or card type) needed to fulfill and support your order.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site. This is collected through server logs and, with your consent, cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders;
- To send you order confirmations and service messages;
- To send you drop announcements and marketing emails if you joined our list (you can opt out anytime);
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To measure traffic and understand how visitors use the Site (only with your consent);
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Your Consent
Essential cookies needed to run the store and your shopping bag are always active. For non-essential analytics (Google Analytics), we use Google Consent Mode: analytics is set to denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is stored until you click Accept on our consent banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link on the Site. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal your browser may send.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and process your orders, and only so they can perform services for us:
- E-commerce & payment processing — to run checkout and process payments securely;
- Email & form processing — to deliver your list signups and messages to us;
- Analytics — Google Analytics, only after you consent, to measure Site traffic;
- Hosting & security — to serve and protect the Site;
- Shipping — carriers who deliver your order.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of HBH or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
